Training and advice from colleagues for colleagues
Guterplan was a project from 2021 to 2025, dedicated to help artists and cultural actors feel more secure in the face of the challenges of everyday working life.
The quality, stability, and sustainability of artistic production depends not least on continuous development. It is not just a matter of coping with everyday life, but also of actively shaping one’s own working methods and structures: through solid concepts, successful applications, communication that maintains and expands the network, and effective management to keep the apparatus running.
Focused know-how in videos
Guterplan offered a wide range of services to give experienced artists and art producers new perspectives on familiar tasks. At the same time, it provided bundled knowledge for beginners, which served as a basis for independent learning.
Video courses provided condensed know-how on demand for individual work practice: courses on concept writing, application strategy, acquisition, and controlling/accounting.
The series In conversation described work processes from a personal perspective: We looked at project work from the inside, as complex processes described from an individual perspective.
The Treasure Trove offered pragmatic knowledge in condensed form; tips and tricks that doesn’t need many words.
Fast, comprehensive, and expert advice
The counselling format Good Prospects offered tailor-made strategic options for projects and career, analyzing and (re)structuring the work, adapted the artist’s needs. The Hotline offered a quick conversation for the solution to a problem or an answer to a question on short notice – in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner.
Hilfsprogramm Tanz.
